We had a really good day at the Shropshire show , the weather was kind to us and helped to draw a large appreciative crowd . The tractors went well with no casualties and put on a good show . We would like to thank every one who came to watch , all the teams who came to pull , the sledge crews and all people who gave their time to ensure the smooth running of the event .

A big thank you to every one who came to the pull over the weekend , we hope you all had a good time . It proved the right decision to postpone it as the weather was much better .
Thanks to all the drivers and their crews ,some of whom travelled up to 9 1/2 hours as no tractors means no pulling to watch .
Thanks to all the grounds crew and those behind the scenes as well who all helped make the event run smoothly ( well fairly smooth ! )

At last the weather forecast looks ok so hopefully we can have a good weekend . The number of visits to this blog has gone up a lot lately so we should have lots of people at the pull . Two tractors are coming down from Scotland and lots from the south as well as several locals so we should have plenty to see . Remember its only £10 per adult / £15 for both days not a lot for a full days entertainment these days . There will be trade stands ,displays , food and drink etc on site .
